The Postal Museum & Mail Rail

  • Adult (25+)
  • Young person (16-24)
  • Child (3-15) – Under 3s don’t need a ticket
  • Disabled visitors – Includes a free companion ticket
  • Royal Mail staff – One free entry is available to current employees. Visits must be booked online and valid ID shown on the day to gain entry

Sorted! The Postal Play Space

  • Child (0-8) – Ticket valid during your 45 minute chosen time slot
  • Accompanying adults do not require a ticket
  1. Add ‘The Postal Museum’ Child ticket to your order
  2. Select ‘Next’ then ‘Add to Shopping cart’
  3. Select ‘Add Additional Tickets’ and choose ‘Sorted!’
  4. Add a Sorted! ticket for each child, for the same day of your visit. Tickets will be combined and discounted in the basket.

Tickets are currently available until 31 December 2019.

We can’t guarantee the availability of walk-up tickets. To save money and avoid disappointment we recommend booking tickets online before you visit.

Gift Aid allows us to claim an extra 25p for every £1 you pay at no cost to you. You have the option to add Gift Aid when booking your tickets.

To qualify for Gift Aid you must:

  • be a UK tax payer
  • have paid the same amount or more in Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax in that tax year
  • agree to Gift Aid being claimed

Visitors with a National Art Pass have free entry to exhibitions at The Postal Museum (excludes Mail Rail Ride). Tickets for the Mail Rail Ride are available on arrival, subject to availability. You will need to bring a valid National Art Pass with you to gain entry.

No pre-booking is required.

You can buy Gift Vouchers for General Admission tickets online and print them at home. They are redeemable for up to 1 year after purchase. Find out more >
