FAQs

While London remains on alert for COVID-19, you should only plan to visit with members of your household/support bubble.

Exceptions include group/coach tours, where appropriate risk assessments are in place demonstrating how bubbles/households will be kept separate when indoors.

We can move your booking to later in the year or offer you credit to rebook with us in 2021. Alternatively you can arrange to come to the museum with your tickets, but when inside the building, you must only mix with your own household/ bubble at all times. Tickets are non-refundable.
