Virtual session booking request

To request a virtual session, you need this information:

  • First and second choice of date
  • Number of students and adults
  • Access and special requirements
  • Name and email address for each teacher


Royal Mail Group supported sessions

UK non-fee paying primary schools can request up to 3 sessions without charge. Each session is for 1 class and sessions must take place on the same day. Additional sessions cost £80 per class.

Virtual sessions are offered without charge thanks to the costs having been met by Royal Mail Group.

We will send a provisional booking email. You have one week to confirm your booking, or request changes. A booking confirmation email is a confirmed virtual session.

To change or cancel your booking, contact our Bookings Support team. Our cancellation terms are in our Terms and conditions for virtual sessions (PDF).

If payment is due, your invoice will show the cost of your virtual sessions and include instructions for how to pay. Payment in full must be made by BACS transfer or cheque within 30 days of the date of your confirmation email.
