Discover an immersive mini-town with streets, buildings, trolleys, pulleys, slides and chutes; everything to keep the little ones happily occupied.

Sessions last 45 mins starting from 10:00 Tuesday to Sunday, last session at 16:00.

You can book Sorted! without visiting the museum, or you can purchase tickets for both experiences. Once you have added a museum ticket to your basket, you will automatically be able to book Sorted on the next page.

Visiting the museum and Sorted?

If you are booking Sorted! entry for 16:00pm, we recommend you book Museum entry at 15:15 or before. You cannot ride Mail Rail after the 16:00pm Sorted! session. The museum’s exhibitions can be explored until 5pm.

Rules for Sorted!

Staff are available to help with any questions and have access to First Aid equipment.

Sorted! is not a soft play zone. All children must be supervised by an accompanying adult. Supervising adults do not need to purchase tickets.
Please respect others and the equipment provided by following age guidelines and playing safely – for example, by not running in the spaces.
Adults must ensure that children in their care are capable of using the slide safely. Only one child should use the slide at any one time. Ensure the person in front has cleared the bottom of the slide before descending. Do not play in front of or at the bottom of the slide.
Children should use the slide feet first, sitting up with legs out straight. Do not stand, climb, walk, or try to stop while descending.
Shoes must be worn at all times. Long sleeved tops and leggings or trousers are also recommended.
Food and drink is not permitted in the Sorted play space.
