Book now for 2024-2025.

Fill in the booking form to request a self-led SEND school museum visit.

To request a visit, you need this information:

  • Activities you wish to book (classes must take part in the same visit)
  • First and second choice of date
  • Number of students and adults
  • Access and special requirements

We will send a provisional booking email. You have one week to reply to confirm your booking, or request changes.

A booking confirmation email is a confirmed museum visit. To change or cancel your booking, contact our Bookings Support team within 30 days of the email date.

Cancellation terms are in our Terms and Conditions.

Your invoice will show the cost of your visit and include instructions for how to pay. Payment in full must be made by BACS transfer or cheque within 30 days of the date of your confirmation email.

Are you a state school primary, secondary or special or a nursery (not privately run) in one of these London boroughs?

Barnet, Brent, Camden, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Kensington & Chelsea and the Cities of London and Westminster.

If so, John Lyon’s Charity offers a Cultural Capital Fund designed to ensure that access to high quality Arts activities are accessible to all children within the above boroughs. Schools can apply for up to £5000. Visit their website to find out more.
