Schools terms and conditions

Our terms and conditions for cancelling school visits.

Cancelling a school visit

School cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Email [email protected] or call our Bookings Support team on 0300 0300 700.

If you need to cancel, let us know as soon as you can so we can offer the date to other schools.

Cancellation charges

Cancellation requests received up to 30 days from the date on your booking confirmation email will incur no charge and a full refund. We cannot provide refunds after this point and schools may be charged 100% of the visit cost.

Museum cancellations

Museum cancellations may occur in rare unforeseen circumstances. We will contact schools as soon as we can and offer alternative session dates or a full refund. Regrettably we cannot reimburse any other costs incurred.
