How do I redeem a Gift Voucher? 

  1. Vouchers can be redeemed for ticket purchases to The Postal Museum.
  2. Voucher code can be redeemed against any customer account but once redeemed may only be used with that customer account.
  3. Vouchers may be redeemed online, via telephone (0300 0300 700), or at the museum Welcome Space.
  4. Vouchers cannot be redeemed against any purchases from The Postal Museum’s shops.
  5. Vouchers cannot be redeemed against any purchases from The Postal Museum’s cafe.
  6. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  7. Code only redeemable once.
