Train status and refund information for visitors to Mail Rail on 5 and 6 September

Following a technical fault with one of our trains this afternoon, we’re unable to run Mail Rail trains for the rest of today (5 September 2017) and tomorrow (6 September 2017) as a precaution while we work to rectify this.

If you have a ticket to ride Mail Rail tomorrow, our team will be in touch by email with further information. Please keep an eye on your inbox.

Normal operation for Exhibitions, Sorted!, Café and Shops

Both The Postal Museum and Mail Rail exhibitions, Sorted! and our café will be open as usual from tomorrow and we have tickets available on the door.

Please keep an eye on our Twitter and Facebook for further information and updates. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We’ll be back up and running as soon as possible.
