Before submitting your form, select your activities and read the information about accessibility at the museum. Schools can book a self-led visit on Thursdays and Fridays in term time.

Your booking confirmation will contain a welcome letter, itinerary and health and safety information.

To request a visit, you need this information:

Activities you wish to book
First and second choice of date
Number of students and adults
Access and special requirements
