We've worked with CloudGuide to develop an audio guide in 5 languages.

Letting you make the most out of your visit and costing just £2.99, our audio guide allows you to explore the galleries in English, French, German, Spanish or Italian.

Simply buy with your tickets, download the app before your visit, bring some headphones and locate the different exhibits!

  1. Book the audio guide with your ticket. You’ll get an activation code.
  2. Download the free CloudGuide app and enter your code.
  3. Swipe through the stops at your own pace as you explore the galleries.

If you’re having any trouble with the app contact the help team at CloudGuide through the app.

The app is valid 6 months from the date you activate it.

You can listen to the audio guide without headphones but for a better customer experience for everyone, headphones are recommended.

If you have run out of battery we recommend finding a place to charge. We do not provide handsets or charging facilities.

The recorded audio guide content is 45-50 minutes long. You can take as long as you like!
