Queen Victoria 200

Join us as we celebrate the 200th birthday of Queen Victoria – the first monarch to feature on a stamp – with 1p tickets, teas and coffees, free entry for all Victorias, and special Victorian-inspired May Half-Term activities.
  • Visit the museum for 1p

On Friday 24 May, we’ll be treating the first 200 people through the door to entry for just 1p! The same price as the world’s first ever stamp – the Penny Black – when it launched in 1840.
