Driver Controllers

You will be responsible for driving and controlling the Mail Ride Train Ride, this includes delivering great customer service, driving the train through the tunnels, activating controls and managing audio-visual interactives throughout the Mail Rail experience. To ensure a smooth and safe operation of the train, track and signals you will responsible for inspections, carrying out basic maintenance and problem-solving issues.

Team Leader

As a Team Leader you will fulfil an important role as a member of the Operations & Commercial Department. Within the Visitor Experience team, you will be working alongside Hosts, Drivers and Visitor Experience Managers (VEMs) to deliver a sector leading visitor experience and to maximise visitor enjoyment by maintaining excellent levels of customer service and safety.

Fundraising and Membership Administrator

We are looking for a Fundraising and Membership Administrator to support the development team, to provide general administration support, research on potential donors and prospects, and assist with events.

This role will offer practical experience and insight into the work of the fundraising team, membership, individual giving, research, use of a fundraising database and supporter administration which will in turn build invaluable skills that will be of benefit when applying for jobs in this field.

HR Payroll Administrator

This is a key role in the smooth and efficient running of the HR function at TPM, providing a high- quality HR service, focusing on payroll and benefits.  You will also work flexibly and undertake general HR / administration work as necessary.

You will be responsible for running TPM’s payroll with our external provider (Moorepay and with support from the Financial Accountant); being a first point of contact for Payroll and other HR queries from across the organisation.
