Meet Allan Smethurst, an English folk singer and postman.

His biggest hits in the 1960s included songs like ‘Postman’s lament’ or ‘I’m just a rambling postman’. He is best known for his self-penned novelty song, ‘Hev Yew Gotta Loight, Boy?’, which earned him an Ivor Novello Award in 1966.
