Collect

Start a hobby or gift from one of our most popular ranges.

Red miniature toy vans, cars and a motorbike, lined up in a row.

Oxford Diecast Models – from £9.00

These incredibly detailed models are one of our most popular products – and for good reason! Whether you’re starting a collection or know someone who has a favourite design, these miniatures make a great addition to any shelf. (Shhh, don’t tell the others, but our favourite’s the Postbus).

Play

Feed their imagination through our range of children’s toys and books.

Five fluffy orange toy cats wearing Santa hats, arranged in the carriages of a wooden toy train.

Tibs Plush with Santa hat and scarf– £15.00

Tibs works at the Post Office. It’s his job to catch mice, but he prefers making friends with them! For this holiday season Tibs has had a festive makeover, complete with a red hat and scarf.

Festive Tibs will only be available for a short time this Christmas. Why not add The Postal Museum’s exclusive Tibs book to discover more about his adventures.

Discover

Explore hidden histories and The Postal Museum’s collection through our range of publications and gifts.

A book with the words 'Hidden London' and photo of underground tunnels on the front cover.

Hidden London: Discovering the Forgotten Underground – £25.00

Hidden London is a beautifully illustrated history of disused and repurposed London Underground spaces. This publication is the first narrative of a previously secret and barely understood aspect of London’s history. Behind locked doors and lost entrances lies a secret world of abandoned stations, redundant passageways, empty elevator shafts, and cavernous ventilation ducts.

We know a thing or two about hidden tunnels. Want to learn more about the Mail Rail tunnels? We highly recommend Mail Rail: From beginning to end. Written by one of our previous Visitor Experience Host, it’s THE book on Mail Rail history.

Celebrate

Deck the Halls with our beautiful range of baubles and ornaments.

A wooden Christmas decoration with an illustration of an ornate red Victorian pillar box.

Wooden Letterbox Decoration – £8.50

This beautiful wooden post box decoration was handmade in London by local artist Mog Cherie. Mog Cherie is an illustrator and Post-box enthusiast, specialising in illustrations for stationery and unique gifts. We love Mog Cherie’s work and also stock her washi tape, postcards, and sticker sets.

You may find them too nice to gift, but we won’t judge if you decide to keep them for yourself! Explore for more.

A unique gift

You can be part of history and see the name of your choice on a sleeper in our Mail Rail tunnels. Give a gift with a difference.

A closeup view of a silver coloured metal plaque, fixed to a wooden sleeper rail on the floor of the Mail Rail tunnel.

A great gift to yourself or you train enthusiast loved one!  Yours, or a loved one’s name, will be featured on a Mail Rail sleeper. You’ll enjoy exclusive benefits and you’ll be helping us care for this marvel of engineering so it can be enjoyed by future generations for years to come.
